This site is the result of a collaboration between ECPAT Luxembourg, BEE SECURE, the Grand-Ducal Police and the judicial authorities of Luxembourg. Its implementation was co-financed by the European Union and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg as part of the project “Don’t look away: stay alert and report sexual exploitation of children in travel and tourism!”
ECPAT Luxembourg was founded in 1995 and since 1999 has had the status of a non-governmental development organization (NGO). It isapproved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. ECPAT Luxembourg is a member of the international network ECPAT (End Child Prostitution, Child Pornography And Trafficking of children for sexual purposes). Its vocation is to put an end to the sexual exploitation of children, that is to say all forms of:
- Exploitation of children in the context of travel and tourism,
- Sexual exploitation of children in prostitution
- Child sexual abuse material
- Trafficking of children for sexual exploitation.
